Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 5, 2025

Welcome! I’m Nemy Digital, a solo freelance Webflow designer and developer based in Serbia. Your privacy is important to me, and this policy explains how I collect, use, and protect any personal information you provide when visiting https://www.nemydigital.com (the “Site”) or communicating with me in connection with my services.

I operate this Site as an individual, not an agency. By using the Site or contacting me, you consent to the practices described below. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site or share personal data.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Name & Email Address: When you fill out my contact form or book a consultation via Calendly, you provide your name and email so I can respond.
  • Message Content: Any details you include in your inquiry (e.g., project description, questions) help me tailor my response.
  • Future Follow‑Up Emails: If you have contacted me previously (as a current or former client, or as a prospect), I may use your name and email to send occasional check‑in messages or service updates via a trusted third‑party email provider. You can opt out of these at any time.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Cookies & Analytics Data: I use cookies to ensure the Site functions correctly and to understand how visitors interact with it.
    • Google Analytics collects anonymized data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (city or region based on IP).
  • Device & Browser Data: When you browse the Site, your browser automatically shares your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type. This helps me troubleshoot issues and optimize the Site’s performance.
  • To Respond & Provide Services: I use your name, email, and message to reply to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver the web design services you request.
  • To Improve the Site: Anonymous analytics data help me identify which pages perform well, detect errors, and improve usability.
  • To Stay in Touch (Future Use Only): With your consent, I may send occasional follow‑up or courtesy emails—never promotional newsletters—to check in on your website needs. You can opt out of these at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting me directly.

This Site uses cookies and similar tools to provide core functionality and to gather analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences using the Cookie‑Script widget in the bottom‑left corner of every page.

4.1 Categories of Cookies Used

  1. Essential Cookies (Always Active)
    • Purpose: Required for basic Site operation—page navigation, contact‑form submission, and security tokens (e.g., CSRF protection).
    • Impact if Disabled: Disabling essential cookies will break core features; the Site may not function properly.
  2. Analytics Cookies (Opt‑In)
    • Provider: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid, _gat, etc.).
    • Purpose: Collect anonymous data on how visitors use the Site (e.g., pages visited, session duration) so I can improve content and performance.
    • Manage/Disable: You can enable or disable these cookies at any time through the Cookie‑Script widget. Disabling will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data.
  3. Scheduling Cookies (Opt‑In)
    • Provider: Calendly (calendly_origin, calendly_source, etc.).
    • Purpose: Remember your scheduling preferences (time zone, selected slot) when booking a call.
    • Manage/Disable: You can toggle scheduling cookies in the Cookie‑Script widget; disabling may affect the functionality of the embedded scheduling interface.
  4. Marketing Cookies (Not Currently Used)
    • Purpose: Would be used for targeted advertising or conversion tracking if implemented in the future (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Ads).
    • Note: Currently, I do not use any marketing cookies. If I do in the future, you will see them listed in the Cookie‑Script settings, and you can choose to opt in or out.

4.2 Managing Your Cookie Preferences

  • Cookie‑Script Widget: Accessible on every page. Click it to view cookie categories and toggle preferences.
  • Browser Settings: You can also disable or delete cookies via your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). Instructions vary by browser.

I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. I may share your data only in the following situations:

  1. Service Providers
    • Webflow (site hosting, content delivery).
    • Calendly (scheduling consultations).
    • Google Analytics (anonymous usage analytics).
    • Email Service Provider (for occasional follow‑up emails, if you consent).
All third parties I use are GDPR‑compliant and follow strict data‑protection standards.
  2. Legal Requirements
    • If required by law (e.g., a valid subpoena, court order) or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  3. Business Transfers
    • In the event of a sale, merger, or reorganization, your personal information may be transferred to the new owner under the same privacy protections described here.

As a solo freelancer, I take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

  • SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and the Site is encrypted using HTTPS.
  • Access Control: Only I (and any authorized contractors working under NDA) have access to the personal data you submit.
  • Periodic Reviews: I periodically review my security practices and hosting environment to ensure ongoing protection.

However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. If you have concerns about the security of your data, please contact me immediately at hello@nemydigital.com.

I keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

  • Contact Form Data & Inquiry Emails: Retained for up to 12 months after our last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Analytics Data: Stored by Google Analytics for up to 24 months (as per Google’s standard retention settings), then anonymized.
  • Scheduling Data (Calendly): Retained according to Calendly’s retention policy, typically until you request removal or delete your scheduled event.

If you want your data deleted sooner, please email hello@nemydigital.com.

I’m based in Serbia. By using this Site, you consent to the transfer of your data to Serbia or to servers in other countries where my service providers (e.g., Google) operate. I take reasonable steps, such as relying on GDPR standard contractual clauses, to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with applicable laws.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  1. Access & Portability: Request a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
  2. Rectification: Ask me to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
  4. Restrict Processing: You may ask to limit how I use your data in certain circumstances.
  5. Object to Processing: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  6. Withdraw Consent: If processing (e.g., analytics or scheduling cookies) is based on your consent, you can withdraw it via the Cookie‑Script widget.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@nemydigital.com. I will respond within 30 days or as required by law.

This Site is not intended for individuals under 16 years old. I do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe I have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, please contact me at hello@nemydigital.com, and I will delete that information immediately.

I may update this policy to reflect changes in my practices or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made. If I make material changes, I will post a notice on the Site or email you if I have a direct relationship with you.

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please contact me at:
